To implement PSM (Process Safety Management) initiatives and to coordinate with section heads to ensure closure of audit observations

• Conduct internal audit as per the schedule and follow up for the closure of audit observations
• Conduct tabletop exercise and mock drill as per GFr (Gujarat Factory Rules) requirements and follow up of CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action)
• Conduct process safety training for employees and contractors
• Lead incident investigation teams
• Participate in scheduled housekeeping activity performed by a multi-disciplinary team and other HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) initiative

• BE Chemical/ B. Sc Chemistry with 8-10 Years of experience in Chemical Industry Safety function
• 5S, housekeeping, process safety implementation, and training skills required
• Knowledge of,

  – Chemical interaction and compatibility

  – Work permit systems

  – Statutory and legal requirements

  – Electrical safety
