HSEF Dept.(Health, Safety, Environment and Fire) – Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager
Job Purpose
To implement PSM (Process Safety Management) initiatives and to coordinate with section heads to ensure closure of audit observations
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audit as per the schedule and follow up for the closure of audit observations
- Conduct tabletop exercise and mock drill as per GFr (Gujarat Factory Rules) requirements and follow up of CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action)
- Conduct process safety training for employees and contractors
- Lead incident investigation teams
- Participate in scheduled housekeeping activity performed by a multi-disciplinary team and other HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) initiative
Qualification/ Experience and Exposure
- BE Chemical/ B. Sc Chemistry with 8-10 Years of experience in Chemical Industry Safety function
- 5S, housekeeping, process safety implementation, and training skills required
- Knowledge of,
- – Chemical interaction and compatibility
- – Work permit systems
- – Statutory and legal requirements
- – Electrical safety
